Mr. Joly Sebastian is a seasoned banking professional with an illustrious career spanning several decades at The South Indian Bank (SIB). Retired as the Head of the Government Business Department, he is recognised for his exemplary leadership, strategic insight, and consistent success in achieving corporate goals that strengthened the institution’s brand and performance.

During his tenure at SIB, Mr. Sebastian held leadership positions across multiple metro branches nationwide and headed three major regions of the bank. Under his stewardship, the Government Business Department achieved a remarkable turnaround, recording exponential growth and outperforming industry peers. His ability to navigate complex operational challenges with precision and adaptability stands as a testament to his dedication and vision.

A Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB), Mr. Sebastian also holds an Advanced Financial Risk Management (AFRM) certification from IIM Kozhikode, and a professional certification in IT and Cyber Security from IDRBT – RBI. He has further enriched his expertise through leadership enhancement programs conducted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), and the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM).

In addition to his association with Supra Pacific, Mr. Sebastian serves as an Independent Director of Centreal Bazaar India Limited and is a registered member of the Independent Directors Data Bank under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
